Momoya’s Edomurasaki “Gohandesuyo!” is a premium nori tsukudani made using the asa-daki (short cooking) method that preserves the leaf shape of aosa nori (green seaweed), delivering a glossy, smooth texture and rich flavor.
Enhanced with bonito and scallop extracts, it’s perfect as a rice topping, mixed into rice, or as a flavor enhancer in salads or stir-ins.

Ingredients: nori (seaweed, domestic), soy sauce (contains wheat & soy), starch syrup, sugar-glucose-fructose syrup, fish extracts (bonito & scallop), agar, seasoning (amino acids etc.), stabilizer, caramel coloring
